A deeply committed social justice warrior with a background in film, advertising, and impact marketing. After founding and running an award-winning commercial production company, joined an iconic social change agency to establish and lead their integrated multi-platform campaign content practice. Now dedicated to bending the arc through innovative collaborations with visionary change makers working toward a more just and equitable world.

Why I care?

Because we all struggle with mental and emotional health issues and I’ve personally experienced the profound, life-changing impact of being able to share with other people and discover that I’m not alone.

Why Shift now?

I’m inspired by the proverb, “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” The stigma around mental and emotional health issues has been ruining lives for as long as humans have been on the planet. With The Shift, we can help dispel the stigma once and for all, ensuring that this generation of young people is the last to be harmed by it.
